May 15 | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM | Stanislaus National Forest
If you're looking to get outside, connect with rich meadow habitat, and do meaningful work for our rivers and wildlands — this day is for you.
Join the Yosemite Rivers Alliance crew for a full day of invasive plant removal at Wet Meadow Springs, a beautiful meadow tucked within the Stanislaus National Forest. Invasive plants crowd out native species, degrade soil, and undermine the natural systems that keep meadows healthy and water clean. By removing them, we help restore this landscape to the thriving ecosystem it's meant to be.
Whether you've done restoration work before or this is your very first time, we'd love to have you with us. We'll provide all the tools and instruction you need to be safe, effective, and — we promise — satisfied at the end of the day.
What to expect: A full day outdoors in uneven terrain. Come prepared with sturdy footwear, sun protection, plenty of water, and a readiness to dig in.
Space is limited. Register below to secure your spot — exact location details will be sent once you're signed up.
